| Order Processing: Dedicated Server orders will be handled in
the same manner as Virtual Server orders. A separate Dedicated Server contract
will need to be signed. We will be emailing you a copy of the Dedicated Server
Contract after the order is placed. Simply print it out, sign it, and fax it
back to us. Server setup will range from the same day to a maximum of 2 weeks
depending on hardware availability. A Server Configuration Letter will be sent
when the setup is complete. Billing: The Dedicated Server fee will be billed on a monthly basis, however, the minimum contract is a quarter. The set-up fee plus the first quarter of server fees will be billed on the first invoice following the order. This invoice will reflect a pro-rated value for the first quarter of service. Unless we receive a 2-week notification of cancellation, the contract will be automatically renewed for an additional quarter. Additional bandwidth and additional support charges will be billed on a monthly basis. If these additional charges apply to your dedicated account, they will show up on your monthly invoice. NOTE: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT DISCOUNTABLE. We have priced it very aggressively in order to provide you with a margin to increase the price to your clients. You can charge your clients whatever price the market will bear. Support One hour of technical support is included with this server offering. If additional support is needed, it will be billed at $125 per hour (One hour minimum). In keeping with our traditional model of support, you will provide 1st tier support to your clients and we will continue to offer 2nd tier support. |
